One day, my forum is running smoothly. The next day, my forum is completely useless because: 1.) people having problems remaining signed in, 2.) a 'Greeklish2Greek' button on a forum where none of my users are Greek, and 3.) a search bar that is completely pornographic, offensive and non-topical to my forum.

Support, I transferred over to Informe from another forum with the guise you were going to help me transfer my threads from my old forum over to my Informe forum. However, the reality is that you left me hanging. You kept saying "please wait, please wait," but after 6 months of waiting, nothing happened. Even now, after a whole year, you haven't helped me transferred my the threads from my old forum over to my Informe forum. But, I let my old threads go because the Informe platform was really nice...a bit heavy, but nice.

But now, with your most recent actions with this search bar and other mishaps, I'm questioning whether or not I made the wrong decision. Informe's platform is nice, but who gives a crap when you make decisions contrary to what your admins are SHOUTING at you about options they don't like. This support forum has been virtually quiet with menial threads about various how-to's. That is, it has been quiet until recently with the implementation of the search bar. Then, the support forum BLEW UP with a ton of threads stating the new search bar is completely useless and violates your own rules for a forum. Your response?

Anyways, the point is that you need to do a better job 'supporting' your admins, otherwise we are going to go elsewhere. Your on-going non-action in regards to an overwhelming concern of a huge portion of your admins does not make you look like you care about us. Please resolve this search bar problem immediately. I know it's not much of a threat to you since you are currently offering a free service, but like many other admins, I'm guessing we have no qualms about taking our forums to a new location. But, we love Informe's platform, so please work with us.

1) The log in problem is being solved by our programmers. It is not an easy task. That's why we should wait until any good solution can be found.
2) 'Greeklish2Greek' button will be maid an optional mode as soon as possible.
3) The global search mod won't be optional.
Could you please describe in more detailed way what exactly is pornographic and offensive for your forum on our global search bar? Your ideas and new suggestion are welcome!

2. I can't wait, but I'm still a little confused as to why it was added in the first place without the option to turning it off. BTW, 'maid' is spelled 'made'.
3. I have a question for you, Support. Is the global search mod a topic that is on the table to discuss? The only reason I ask is because I think you get the idea that a lot of people using your platform not dislike but HATES the search bar. Shouldn't that send up warning flags and make you double-think whether or not you want to proceed with the search bar idea? Honestly, and I can't speak for anybody else, but the search bar is a deal-breaker for me. I love Informe's platform but I need to move my forum elsewhere.

No disrespect, but no admin who hosts a forum with Informe cares one bit about anybody else's forum. Therefore, we don't want to see other searches other than our own forums' searches. It is my understanding that once the search bar gets all the kinks out of it, searches across ALL Informe forums will be shown in this bar? My users don't need to see searches that are non-topical to my forum. I run a teacher's forum. Teachers don't need to see searches like: adresa te kengetareve, quero comer uma, final fantasy 2, unsecured credit line, free hosting, iso for playstation, hindi jokes, minnesota pigeon forum, philippine chess...you get the idea. Seriously Support, can you logically explain why we {admins} want to see each other's forums?

About the porn links being displayed, Support, REALLY? Have you been reading any of the other threads? People having been posting examples all over the place of porn links that have been showing up. I don't think I need to provide examples.

Finally, Support, can you please explain the logical reason for providing the "global search on informe.com" checkbox? Like I said before, I can almost 100% guarantee that ALL users across ALL Informe forums don't want to do a search outside of the forum they are using. Please explain the logistics behind this option.

Totally agree with everything you've said. Why is support continually insisting on keeping this global search bar WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION????

What is even more stupid is that to search your own forum you have to use advanced search but nobody except by accident would ever know that!

This has to be the silliest thing ever done by a message board. It makes no sense and ruins every fourm.

It really would be nice not to have hindi jokes at the top of a Christian forum and is probably as offensive to hindus as to Christians.
