We are moving of our system to the new servers, thus upgrading temporary stopped. We need a week to move portals to new servers and continue upgrading.

For nuvincisupport: upgrading of portal takes much time and thus we cannot upgrade a lot of portals per a day. This week and a part of the next week will take for moving of portals to new server thus we temporary stopped upgrading, but we'll continue after moving.
